The Assembly


The Southern Mongolia Representative Assembly is a representative body composed of delegates from Southern Mongolian communities abroad and in exile. It exists to ensure legitimacy, continuity, and democratic accountability for collective representation.

The Assembly is a representative and preparatory institution. It does not claim to be a government-in-exile and does not assert state authority. Its purpose is to provide a democratic platform for representation, coordination, and institutional preparation.
